We have working with a software developer on launching an online hosted book-keeping solution, and is due for release later this month. The principal follows that of online banking, in that you have a secure login feature and can then access your book-keeping records. The system is designed to be very simple to use and follows the basics on money in / money out.
The main features will be as follows:

Companies warned over accounts errors

Companies House has said that as many as 10 per cent of all company accounts filed have been rejected because they were incorrectly formatted.
The accounting records of all UK companies must be submitted to Companies House.
